PAVILION RENTAL RULES - - PER HOUSE COMMITTEE
The Hall Manager/Bar Manager will place the bookings or reservations on the Master Calendar.
3. ALL ALCOHOL MUST BE PURCHASED FROM THE AMERICAN LEGION
4. The Pavilion Rental Hours are from 2:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.
Pavilion parties must end by no later than 9:00 P.M.
All pavilion cleanup must be done by 10:00 P.M.
5. A $200.00 cash security deposit is due upon signing of the contract.
This security deposit will be returned upon approved cleaning of the pavilion.
6. Ice will be provided, upon request, at $1.50 per bag.
7. Adhesive tape, of any kind, must not be placed anywhere on the glass windows in the pavilion.
8. Any grill cooking must be done on the concrete apron only (near grass).
Grill cooking is not allowed anywhere in, and under, the pavilion.
9. Horseshoe Pit Usage NOT Included, the pits are off limits to non-members.
